Pickup Policy

If you are in the Safford, AZ area and wish to pick up your products, just indicate that when you place your order with us. Our local customers can receive home delivery. We SHIP anywhere. Our shipping fees for the Contiguous United States are for orders $0.01 to $99.00 we charge $7.50 and orders over $100.00 will get FREE shipping. *The exception to this is the Special Wholesale Orders on Essential oils. Becuase those prices are so low we have to charge exact shipping charges and insurance. For orders in Alaska and Hawaii, you may have small surcharge. Anywhere else in the world we'll give you a great quote on your shipping fees. We do ship anywhere there is an address. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and customs laws in Buyer's country. Inspect all merchandise at time of delivery** All shipments must be inspected and checked against our invoice for shortages and damaged items at the time of delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise to report any damage or shortages. In case of damage, we will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then work with you to replace damage merchandise or issue a credit for the amount of confirmed damage.

Sales Tax

Arizona state sales taxes are applied to all shipments within Arizona of 6.1%. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside Arizona. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. Payment Policy

You can now pay with even if you don't have an account with PayPal. When we receive your order, we'll send you an invoice to your email address with a PayPal link. All you do is click on the link and you will be able thru PayPal. We also take Visa and MasterCard. If you would like to pay us directly, we'll contact you over the phone and get your payment information. If you like, we can keep the information for repeat orders. Your information is never shared and is secured. If you would like to pay by check and do not have a credit history with us, you can send it in. When your check clears, we will send your stuff. Local customers can also pay with cash. Payment for Pick-up Orders is required at the time of pick up. Payment for delivered items is required at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Full refunds may be allowed for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. You must obtain a return authorization before returning your merchandise. Returns may not be accepted without prior authorization. We cannot accept returns on opened products. Freight charges and a restocking charge of 20% may be charged depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to deny a refund.
